South Carolina Nurses
The South Carolina Board of Nursing accepts courses from CE Leaders. CE Leaders is an approved provider through CE Broker with Provider Number (#50-33450). CE Leaders will electronically report successful completed courses to CE Broker.
State Requirements
RNs and LPNs must complete 1 of the following every 2 years:
• completion of 30 contact hours of continuing education, or
• maintenance of certification or re-certification by a national certifying body, or
• completion of an academic program of study in nursing or a related field, or
• verification of competency and the number of hours practiced as evidenced by employer certification on a form approved by the Board.
